The Sue Palmer Quintet at OMA

Vigilucci’s Jazz at the Museum presents legendary Queen of Boogie Woogie, Sue Palmer for a return engagement on October 16 at Oceanside Museum of Art. Sue and her quintet played to a standing room only crowd last year at the museum and this concert is sure to be another sell-out. The evening will begin with Vigilucci’s scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and signature wine at 7:00 pm. Vigilucci’s has joined with the museum to present an evening of great jazz, great art, and great tastes. Admission is $15 or $10 for members of Oceanside Museum of Art. In addition to the concert, guests will have the opportunity to view the current exhibitions, The Vibrant Edge: Paintings of Karl Benjamin from the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s and Damngorgeous: Millard Sheets and His Southern California Legacy.

Admission is at the door. Open seating is on a "first-come" basis. There are no reservations. For more information call the museum at (760) 435-3720. Oceanside Museum of Art is located at 704 Pier View Way in downtown Oceanside. The museum Web site offers photo galleries of recent exhibitions as well as a calendar of coming events, www.oma-online.org.
