2003 All Sides of Oceanside Photo Contest

The Theme for 2003 is "People on the Move in Oceanside."

The judges will be looking for photographs in each category that show Oceanside as a City that is growing, getting better and becoming more diverse. Winning entries will have lots of people and lots of action and create a sense of the wonderful, new things and dynamic changes that are taking place in the city.

The Categories for 2003 are:

People on the Move at Beaches
     On the water, at the beach or harbor
People on the Move Downtown
     From Wisconsin to the Harbor, from Pacific St. to I-5
People on the Move at Work
     Action shots of people doing what they do for a living
People on the Move at Night
     Local nightlife between the hours of dusk and dawn
People on the Move at Local Landmarks and Celebrations
     Activity at any accepted local landmark or any public or private celebration
